FCAT explorer-All Classes

COMPLETE THE LAST TWO BUBBLES OF YOUR SCIENCE FCAT EXPLORER

DUE: ALL CLASSES MARCH 1

FCAT explorer must be completed in it's entirety. If you only finish part of it, I will not enter a grade in my grade book.

Classwork While I am on the College Trip

-You will work on three gizmos that are in your GIZMO folder. you will complete the student exploration guides for all three of them (in the packet) and the 5 assessment questions for each gizmo as well.
***The Gizmos are an individual assignment should not be working together***

Gizmo’s to be completed:
-Eclipse
-Seasons—Why Do We Have Them
-Phases of the Moon

***All gizmos (Student exploration guide and assessment questions) are due A day on Feb6 and B day on Feb7***

When students complete the gizmos you are to work on FCAT explorer (due on March 1) and Vocabulary Chart (due for: A-day on Feb 6 and B day Feb 7)The words are on my blog.

Don't forget to turn in your reinforcement worksheet (homework) to Ms. Harmer. I will be grading them

Team Time Homework

Team Time Homework!
If you are in the Team Time that just left me on Friday Jan 27, your homework is to play "Who Wants to Win a Million Dollars" on education.jlab.org. You must win the "million" dollars at least once before I see you in the next team time rotation! Please print off your score(which will show your name), or take a picture, screen shot etc. of the screen showing that you won. You must bring this on the first day of our next team time week together.

Your ‘Orb’ will contain all of your research information about your scientist and personal reflections
Each ‘Orb’ will contain 12 panels
The 12 panels will be:

The Military Child Education Coalition is now accepting applications for the Bernard Curtis Brown II Memorial Space Camp Scholarship.
